Dr Lewis Haydon is a business coach and mentor based in Birmingham, UK, who actually owns businesses. He owns and invests in medical technology, manufacturing, care and supported living, marketing and sales, and accounting and finance businesses, and has coached owners of 100+ businesses since 2012, across twenty-plus sectors. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Aston University, and his research series, SME Owners Say, reports what owners of small and medium-sized UK businesses are really seeing, from real operating data and in-depth interviews. He hosts the Mentor Business Podcast and was named UK Business Coach of the Year 2023. In his words: “I own businesses, I research owners, and I’ll say in public what owners can’t.”
